Day 0 - ALMATY
- Arrive in Almaty early in the morning.
- Transfer to the hotel for check-in and take some time to rest and recharge before the adventure begins.

Day 1 - ALMATY CITY TOUR
MORNING -
- Embark on a guided city tour of Almaty, visiting iconic landmarks such as Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, and the Central State Museum.

AFTERNOON -

Day 2 - SHYMBULAK SKI RESORT & TALGAR PASS
MORNING
- Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Shymbulak Ski Resort
- Take the Gondola straight to the top of the Shymbulak ski
- There are three ski lifts, which cumulatively reach Talgar pass (3,200 metres [10,500 ft, the highest point of the ski resort.
- World's third longest Gondola with a length of 4.5 kms.
AFTERNOON
- Lunch at the cafe on the top of Shymbulak Ski Resort

I did Kutch with SoloYolo and Oh My God It's a trip I won't forget for a lifetime. The moon gazing in white desert, the sunrise, sunsets, jeep safari, watching the beautiful flamingos fly, and some secret spots which I won't tell here. Policy and more
- 100% refund is applicable under the circumstance wherein Solo Yolo cancels the trip. It would not be provided in a situation wherein cancellation is done by the participant.
Terms and Conditions
- Trip schedule is subjected to change as per weather and other unavoidable conditions. Only team members have the right to take decision depending on the above.
- Any additional cost (Transportation/accomodation) due to natural calamoties like landslice, flood, political disturbance, or medical emergency will be extra.
- Pick up & Drop : Almaty Airport (Group pick up drop only, no individual pick up/drop will be arranged)
- Last day sightseeing to Issyk Lake will depend on timing of return flights of people.
- 13th Nov night stay included in Almaty, incase someone reaching day before (e.g. 12th Nov)
- Else we will use those rooms for early check in for people taking mid night flight from Delhi/Mumbai on 13th Evening.
- Same thing will follow for 21st Dec & 28th Dec groups

Pay a minimum token amount of ₹25,000 to secure your slot. A booking confirmation email will be sent once confirmed.
2. Can I join Solo?
Yes, you can join solo, with friends, or as a couple.
3. Can I customize the trip?
Yes, customization is available for private groups with your choice of dates, duration, or any other requests.
4. What payment modes do you accept?
We accept all online payments (debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI).
5. Can I pay through EMI?
Yes, EMI options are available. Full payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
6. When do I need to pay the balance amount?
The balance must be paid 7 days before departure.
7. Is there a WhatsApp group created before the trip?
Yes, a WhatsApp group will be created 7 days before departure after receiving full payment from all participants.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellations allowed. 100% refund if SoloYolo cancels the trip.
9. How many minimum participants are required for a fixed departure?
4 participants. If this number isn’t met, SoloYolo will cancel the trip and provide a full refund, or suggest you join another confirmed group departure for the same dates.
10. Can I cancel/reschedule my trip in an emergency?
No cancellations or reschedules allowed for fixed departure trips.
11. What happens if SoloYolo cancels my trip?
You will receive a 100% refund if SoloYolo cancels the trip.
12. How long does the refund take?
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after initiation.
13. Can I bring my own vehicle?
Yes, you can. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, with valid insurance and documents. You will cover all expenses (fuel, maintenance, etc.).
14. Can you provide a separate vehicle for us?
Yes, subject to availability. Book at least 15 days in advance. Extra charges apply.
15. Can you arrange indivisual airport pickup?
Yes, Indivisual airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged for an additional charge.
16. Can you arrange stay at the base location?
Yes, definitely we can help you with that.
17. Can you help us find the correct flights?
Yes, we can suggest some good flight and train options for you to choose from based on your preference or time constraints.
18. Is there a group coordinator from Team SoloYolo?
Yes, if the group size exceeds 8 people, a group coordinator from SoloYolo will be present throughout the trip to ensure smooth operations and to assist with any needs.
