This summer, join The Western Routes on our fascinating Mango Picking and Tasting Tour to celebrate all things mangoes. The king of fruits is back in season and as experts say, April and May are the best months to get the taste of hapus and other varieties of mangos.
On this tour, experience unlimited mangoes in all varieties, shapes, sizes and forms! We are off to the serene, beautiful and virgin Ganeshgule beach near Ratnagiri. We stay in a homestay by the beach, enjoy local cuisine specially curated to include raw, ripe and dried mangoes, sightseeing around Ratnagiri and so much more! We will get to learn the process of picking the right mangoes from a family that has been cultivating mangoes for more than 150 years!

- 6:00 AM - Depart from Fergusson College Main Gate. Breakfast en-route. This is a long journey, made fun with some interesting food and photography breaks!
- Arrive at Oceano Pearl, Ganeshgule for a late lunch.
- After some time to relax, head to the beautiful Ganeshgule beach. Sunset on the beach.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Ganeshgule
Day 2 - Mango Picking Experience

- Mango Picking at an Amraai (Mango Orchard) which is more than 150 years old. Interact with the family and learn about the techniques of picking mangoes. Also, get a chance to see how products from mangoes are made.
- Specially curated Konkani lunch with a family.

Day 3 - Ratnagiri to Pune
