HOW TO REACH
● Please select your preferred pickup point while booking.
● Any changes in the pickup location/timings will be informed to you 24 hours in advance
● Drop-off points shall be the same as the pick-up points
Policy and more
●Cancellations made 7 days before the trip, there's a 10% fee.
● Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the trip, there's a 25% fee.
● Cancellations made 2 days before the trip date are subject to a 50% fee.
● Cancellations made 0 to 1 day before the trip result in a 100% fee.
● In the case of unforeseen circumstances, like bad weather or political issues, a full refund will be issued.
Terms and Conditions
● Each trip accommodates 12 to 25 members.
● We aim for an equal male to female ratio on most trips.
● A minimum of 8 members is required to confirm the trip.
● No Luxury. Just unforgettable memories prioritizing experience over lavish facilities.
● No alcohol, drugs or smoking allowed during treks and adventure activities. (If found Legal action will be taken immediately)
● The itinerary is fixed, and any special requests to change it are not permitted.
● WILDSPIRIT is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings; travelers are responsible for their items throughout the trip.
