Exclusions

- Travelling expenses to the starting point and return are not included in the tour cost. - Any expenses of personal nature like, extra meals, alcoholic drinks/ Soft Beverages etc. - Laundry, Phone calls, any extra meals/drinks ordered. - Cost incidental to any changes in the itinerary due to bad weather, Ill health, stay on account of flight cancellation, landslides, Road blockage or any other nature calamity which is beyond our control. - Food and other expenses during train/bus/flight travel to the starting destination and return is not included in the package. - Hide Charges and/or any optional activities. - Any Personal expenses and Travelling plans made outside tour itinerary. - Extra Purchases / shopping of any sort. - Medical expenses beyond first aid. - Medical/Travel insurance. - Personal losses/ damage / Theft – including baggage, personal articles, photography gear etc. - Anything that is not mentioned in the package includes list.

Things to carry

- Your camera with all its accessories. - As this is a Wildlife tour we recommend that you carry a telephoto lens preferably 400mm and above. - Fully charged batteries. - It is recommended to carry a spare battery. - Battery charger - Memory cards / backup devices / Laptop - Please carry a big cloth / scarf to protect your gear from dust. - Hooded jacket / Scarf / Bandana to protect yourself from dust. - Warm cloths / Windcheater for morning rides. - It is recommended that you carry basic first aid kit. - Please avoid bright colored clothing for safari rides. - Please avoid wearing perfume / deodorant for safari rides. - Please carry your PAN / Aadhar card for identification at airport / park gate. - Regular clothing as per season. - Your medicines if any.

Reach Nagpur Airport/Railway Station by your preferred mode of transport before 10:00 am on 6th November, 2020. - The tour starts at Nagpur at 10:00 am sharp. - Pickup from Nagpur Airport / Railway Station - We travel to Turiya by road (AC vehicle) - Stay at ITC Welcome Heritage Jungle Home Resort

We work very hard to provide a delightful experience to our customers, Cancellations hurt us and as such Refunds are generally discouraged. However, we do understand that our customers, under exceptional circumstances, may be required to cancel their booking. In such a scenario our cancellation policy is as under: - Cancellation 45 days prior to departure date - 100% refund. - Cancellation between 44 to 30 days prior to departure date - 75% refund. - Cancellation between 29 to 20 days prior to departure date - 50% refund. - Cancellation within 20 days prior to departure date - Zero refund.
- The tour cost has to be paid in full at least 1 month prior to departure date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. No refund shall be entertained in such case. - Management is at liberty to change the itinerary/Hotels/Vehicles at any time. - The participant may undertake water/adventure sport entirely on his risk. We are expressly indemnified by the participant for any accident/mishap resulting in injury or fatality. - The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. - Transportation shall be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal. - Discounts if any, shall be applicable only on payment of Full amount at the time of booking. - It is likely that some spots mentioned in the itinerary may be missed due to time constraints. No refund shall be entertained in such an event. - In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such a case no refund shall be provided. - Force Majeure applies. - The participant, as a virtue of signing-up for this tour expressly acknowledges that he/she has read & understood the above terms & conditions and has agrees thereupon.
