Join The Western Routes on a Heritage Walk of Old Pune every Sunday. From 5 April, the walk timings will be 8 AM - 11 AM.
On the walk, explore the old city of Pune and its by-lanes on foot. Hear intriguing stories of the Marathas, the rise and fall of the Peshwas, walk through the historic bazaars, admire the different architectural styles of monuments, temples and houses, and learn about the traditional art & craft forms that have been part of the city's history.

- Laal Mahal
- Nana Wada
- Bhausaheb Rangari Bhavan
- Dagdusheth Halwai Mandir
- Mahatma Phule Mandai
- Tulshibaug Mandir
- ...along with many historical and interesting anecdotes about our beloved city.

What will we do ?
Snacks
From 5 April, we will follow the following summer schedule.
- 7:45 AM - Assemble at Mandai Metro Station (Hutatma Babu Genu Chowk Entry)
- 8:00 AM - After a brief round of introductions, we will start the tour from the iconic Mahatma Phule Mandai. From there, we will head to Tulshibaug Ram Mandir. We will then proceed through the Dagdusheth Halwai Temple followed by Bhausaheb Rangari Bhawan, Nana Wada, Lal Mahal and Kasba Ganpati Mandir. We will end the walk at Shaniwar Wada and explore the wada and it's stories from inside. Along the way, we will share interesting cultural and historical anecdotes about the city. Of course, we will take break for chaha (tea) and traditional snacks en route.
