Join The Western Routes on a Heritage Walk of Old Pune every Sunday at 9 am.
On the walk, explore the old city of Pune and its by-lanes on foot. Hear intriguing stories of the Marathas, the rise and fall of the Peshwas, walk through the historic bazaars, admire the different architectural styles of monuments, temples and houses, and learn about the traditional art & craft forms that have been part of the city's history.

- Bhausaheb Rangari Bhavan
- Dagdusheth Halwai Mandir
- Mahatma Phule Mandai
- Tulshibaug Mandir

What will we do ?

Snacks
- 8:45 AM - Assemble at the Shaniwar Wada (Dili Darwaza)
- 9:00 AM - After a brief round of introductions, we will start the tour from Shaniwar Wada. From there, we will head to Kasba Ganpati Temple. We will pass through Lal Mahal to learn about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's home followed by Nana Wada, Bhausaheb Rangari Bhavan, Dagdusheth Halwai Temple and Mandai. We will visit Tulshibaug Ram Mandir where we will end our walk. Along the way, we will share interesting cultural and historical anecdotes about the city. Of course, we will take break for chaha (tea) and traditional snacks en route.
- 12:00 PM - The tour ends at Tulshibaug.
