Exclusions

• GST (5%) &  5% TCS is applicable.
•  Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.
•  Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, camera/video, camera charges, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc
•  Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
• Any kind of insurance (health, medical, life, accidental etc).
• Any Expenses of a personal nature & Fees

THINGS TO CARRY

Must Carry Things

• Authentic Government ID Card (Aadhar card, Passport, Election ID, & Driving License)
• Comfortable warm clothing like woolen socks, cap, fleece jackets or warmers, down jacket, toiletries.
• Sunscreen & lip balm, Good U/V protection sunglasses
• Personal Medicines (if any)
• Passport and Travel Documents: Carry your passport, visa (if required), and any other necessary travel documents

Gear

• A backpack and a smaller daypack
• A 3-liter water bladder or water bottle
• Travel pillow, eye mask, earplugs

Clothing:

• A sun hat and a woolen hat
• UV-protected sunglasses
• Pack comfortable clothing suitable for the tropical weather. Include light and breathable fabrics
• Pack swimwear for beach visits
• 7 sets of undergarments
• 2 pairs of socks
• A small towel
• A rain jacket or poncho
• it’s advisable to pack modest clothing, especially when visiting temples or other religious sites

Footwear:

•  Comfortable walking shoes for sightseeing
• Beach Flip flops or sandals

Medications:

• One strip of Diamox Glucose powder
• Medicines for headaches, diarrhea, motion sickness, and altitude sickness
• Dettol Bandages Cotton

Personal Accessories:

• Toothpaste, toothbrush
• Paper soap or hand sanitizer
• Sunscreen with a minimum of SPF40, lip balm, and cold cream
• Body spray
• LED torch light

HOW TO REACH

• All participants are required to reach Bangkok Airport and complete immigration procedures by 12:00 PM.
• After exiting the airport, a vehicle will be arranged to transport you to the hotel.
• Ensure that your flight tickets from your respective cities are booked accordingly to arrive by 12:00 PM.

Policy and Terms

Cancellation Policy International Trips

• 45 days before the trip start date: full refund
• Between 45 and 30 days of trip start date: 50% refund
• Between 30 and 14 days of the trip start date: 25% refund
• Less than 14 days of the trip start date: No refund
• You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
• Cancellation Policy
• While on the trip, if any problems arises such as  harsh weather conditions, government orders, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, On any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
• If a trip/trek is called off at the last moment, before the event starts, due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
• If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided. Adventure Buddha will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strikes, bandh, etc.).

Terms and Conditions

•  We assure awesome memories every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation a decent Hotel stay.
• The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule are permitted
• Absolutely No littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.
• Co-operate with the organizer(s) in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure travelers won’t miss out on the real fun part – that is traveling.
• Every traveler is responsible for his/her for your own safety while traveling with Adventure Buddha. Don’t indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to you or fellow travelers.
• Unexpected situations: It may happen we do not cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary because of unpredictable reasons like bad weather, wild animal presence, abrupt blocking of sites by the police/forest department, delay in travel because of an issue with our group itself, traffic conditions, etc. In most cases, if the time permits, the organizer(s) will take travelers to an alternative place. But in some cases, we may have to skip a place altogether. No Refund will be applicable for any of the above scenarios.
• Travelers are expected to respect each other and help each other. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
• Travellers / Trippers can pay 50 % of actual trip fee in Advance to confirm tickets (Which is Non Refundable)
• Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow travelers/organizer(s), and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by Adventure Buddha team.
