Policy and Terms
Disclaimer : a) 50% of the entry fee will be deducted if the cancellation is 30 days prior to event date. b) 75% of the entry fee will be deducted if the cancellation is 29 to 15 days prior to event date. c) No refund if the cancellation is within 14 days prior to the event date. d) All refunds will take up to 14 working days to process. e) Advance is non-refundable
Terms and Conditions
1. Beyond Xpeditions reserve the right to cancel / modify any expedition having regard to force majeure situations including natural calamities, strikes, riots, political unrest etc. 2. Beyond Xpeditions shall endeavor to provide best possible alternative arrangements for accommodation in case situations referred to in Point No. 1 above exist. 3. Any additional cost of such alternative arrangements for transport & accommodation is to be reimbursed / borne by participants. 4. Participants shall have no right to claim damages / losses arising from force majeure situations. 5. It is prime responsibility of Beyond Xpeditions to give its campers the best of experiences and enjoyment in a safe environment. However, Beyond Xpeditions shall not be responsible for any injury / disability / loss of life caused due to any accident during the expedition.
