After numerous personal visits to Goa, we are now ready with this comfortable 5-day trip to explore Goa beyond its beaches, beers, and babes! We will see the 'other' more endearing side of Goa. So for the first two nights, we'll be staying at an old Portuguese mansion which was built in 1590. Which makes it older than the Taj Mahal! We will go on an island exploration tour, a heritage walk, have food in a Goan home, and experience a fenny tasting. The next two nights will be spent amidst nature at an eco-resort situated right next to the Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary. Here we go for night trails, watch birds with experts, visit ancient temple ruins and also go on open-jeep safari.

Day 1: Wednesday, 10 February Arrive in Goa by afternoon. From the airport, we will head to the beautiful Figueiredo Mansion in Loutolim which will be our stay for the next 2 nights. Evening, we will explore the mansion and the quaint village of Loutolim. Special dinner with the family & overnight stay at Figueiredo Mansion.

Day 2: Thursday, 11 February We start early today and have the whole day planned for you to explore a never-seen-before Goa! In the morning we will embark on a guided Latin Quarter Walk. The walk will be through the narrow brightly colored lanes of Fontainhas, also called the Latin Quarter of Goa. From here we will head to Divar Island for lunch. The island is accessible through a ferry ride! Once at our host family's home in Divar, we will enjoy a local musician and also help the host in the kitchen. We will have a Goan lunch with the family. Post lunch, we will explore the island of Divar. We will visit the historic Piedade Church and the legendary Saptakoteshwar Temple ruins. Follow this with a quick cashew feni tasting session and local snacks. Dinner will be at a popular seafood jaunt in Panjim. Back to Loutolim and overnight stay at Figueiredo Mansion.

Day 3: Friday, 12 February Start the day at leisure today. Post breakfast we will head to Old Goa. We will be a little touristy today and explore some churches and temples in Old Goa. Then we go on a spice plantation tour followed by an organic lunch at the plantation. Post lunch, we head to the Natures Nest Resort on the boundary of the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary, our abode for the next 2 days. Post dinner, we go for a guided night trail in the buffer area of the sanctuary to spot some birds and animals. Overnight stay at Nature's Nest

Day 4: Saturday, 13 February Wake up to the sounds of birds and head for a morning jungle safari inside the sanctuary. Lunch at the resort and post-lunch, visit the beautiful Tambdi Surla temple. . Overnight stay at Nature's Nest

Day 5: Sunday, 14 February We will start the day at leisure or with a morning birdwatching trail in the resort campus. Post breakfast, depart for the airport for departing flights after 2 PM.
