An enthralling trek to Visapur fort!! About the Visapur fort: Attaining a height of 1,084m, this historic fortress was built during the late 1713-1720s. Steeped in history and some of the glorious tales of the past, this historic fort was built by the first Peshwa of the valorous Maratha Empire. But was later conquered by the British in 1818. Visapur Fort is larger and at a higher elevation than its twin fort- Lohagad. These two roofless buildings surrounded by outer or veranda walls said to have once been Government offices. • Board 8:05 am Lonavala Local Train from Pune Station & 7:05 am Intercity train from CST and reach Malavali by 9:30 am. • We will leave Proceed to the base village and have breakfast. • We will start the trek and reach the top. • We will explore the fog covered fort & Shayadri valley views. • We will start descending and reach the base village for lunch. • Post lunch, we will proceed towards Pune in Local train and Intercity train (from to Lonavala) to Mumbai from Malavali railway station. Tour Concludes with happy memories :)

It was my first ever trip and camping.... And people at Pune Travel Club made it really special for me. Considering the heavy rush for New Years I understand a few things might go here and there but overall I just loved it. Camping at Kashid... Beachside Campfire... Next day Beautiful scenary at the beach and water sports.... It was a special start of the New Year for me. Thanks a lot Pune Travel Club team.

Shraddha our co-ordinator was very humble, soft spoken and an outstanding person who guided us throughout the trekking....I would definitely love to attend more events.....

HOW TO REACH
One can board train from nearest railway Station and reach Malavali. Our Trek leads will be there for help at Pune Railway Station.
Policy and Terms
If cancellation done by participant prior to 14 days of Tour/Event/Activity 100% of total price will be refunded. (Condition Apply- Check Note Below) If cancellation done by participant prior to 7 days of Tour/Event/Activity 75% of total price will be refunded. If cancellation done by participant prior to 4 days of Tour/Event/Activity 50% of total price will be refunded. After that, no refund will be provided on for cancellation done by participant, irrespective even if you’ve booked within the last 4 days. Please Note : Amount will be refunded through Electronic Transfer or by the card (Debit/Credit) Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 3 to 7 days of the day of cancellation request approved. Refund amount will be initiated after deducting upto 5% of the refund amount. The applicable refund will be settled within 3 to 7 business days, after the cancellation request is approved. Terms and Conditions
Disclaimer 1. Alcohol and smoking are strictly disallowed on treks. If found, trekking under influence of drugs or drinks you’ll be barred from the trek. And our responsibility ceases with you. 2. Littering is strictly not allowed on treks. Do not leave empty plastic bottles, biscuit or chocolate wrappers behind. We have to carry our own garbage/leftovers back to the city. 3. Wear proper loose fitting clothes no jeans pants allowed. Try and wear full sleeve top and long bottoms or pants. Will spare you from mosquitoes, insect bites or thorny bushes (your choice). 4. Talk to the native villagers gently and give respect to them. Cause we are their guests. 5. Do not carry lots of cash, gold or any valuables. We are not responsible for the loss. 6. Please follow instructions given by trek leads and organizers. Do not debate with any organizer. All instructions are for participants benefit. 7. Let's respect and admire nature together. Also be careful about flora. 8. Trek Leads hold all rights to change and alter all plans as per requirement.
